In the training session I led to educate educators at my school on creating assessments with Schoology, we delved into a comprehensive approach aimed at empowering teachers with digital assessment tools. Through interactive demonstrations and hands-on exercises, participants learned to craft diverse assessments tailored to their curriculum needs, leveraging Schoology's versatile features. We explored the platform's capabilities for designing quizzes, tests, and assignments, while emphasizing strategies for aligning assessments with learning objectives. Moreover, we discussed best practices for fostering engagement and providing timely feedback to students. By the end of the session, educators gained confidence in utilizing Schoology to develop effective assessments conducive to student success.
